We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for weddings and spring/summer events. Weekend dates fill fast — the earlier you lock it in, the better. That said, we do sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings, so it's always worth asking!

How do you price your mobile coffee service?

We charge by service hours, not per cup. This means unlimited coffee for your guests during the booked period — no awkward drink limits. Pricing varies based on duration, guest count, and location.

Do you travel outside Wollongong and the Illawarra?

Yes! We regularly service the Southern Highlands, South Coast NSW, and can travel to Sydney. A travel fee may apply for locations more than 45 minutes from Bulli. Just ask and we'll give you a full quote including travel.

Can I customise my package?

Absolutely. Our listed packages are a great starting point, but we're flexible. If your event has unique requirements (different guest counts, specific dates, add-ons, or special circumstances), get in touch and we'll tailor something to suit you.

What power does a mobile coffee trailer need?

We prefer a 15A power outlet. For events under 100 people, a 10A with a converter works fine. If your venue has no power access (rural properties, outdoor parks, etc.), we can organise generator hire for $250.

How long does the coffee trailer take to set up?

We typically arrive 45–60 minutes before service begins to set up. Our team works quickly and quietly — we'll be fully ready to serve when your guests arrive.

How much space does the coffee trailer need?

Our trailer is compact and fits most spaces. We need approximately 4m x 3m, plus queuing space. We'll work with your venue to find the best spot.

Can you operate in wet weather?

Our trailer has built-in shelter, so light rain is no problem. For severe weather, we'll work with you to find a covered alternative location or adjust plans as needed.

Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes — we are fully insured with public liability cover and hold a valid food safety certificate. We also hold council registrations for Wollongong, Shellharbour, and Kiama.

Do you offer dairy-free and vegan milk options?

Yes! We stock oat, almond, soy, and macadamia milks at all events. We also offer decaf options and a wide range of non-coffee drinks including chai latte, hot chocolate, and teas.

Yes! Custom signage, menu boards, and branded cups are available. Custom branding is included in our Premium package and can also be added to other packages.
