If your guests will be purchasing their own drinks on the day, you do not pay the full package price. The amount your guests spend is deducted from the package total — you only pay the difference. See each package below for more details.

Generator Hire — $250. All bookings require access to power. A 10 amp plug is sufficient for small events; 15 amp required for large events. No power on site? We can arrange generator hire for $250.

Please note: Setup takes 30–45 minutes and pack-down takes 30–45 minutes. These are included in your package price — please factor this into your event timeline when booking.
Hosting 500+ people?
For major events with over 500 guests, we'll come at no charge — no packages or deposits needed. Get in touch to chat about your event.
All prices are GST inclusive. Travel fees may apply for locations further than a 45 minute drive from Bulli.
How Payment Works
Host Paid Events
- Non-refundable 25% deposit to secure your booking
- Remaining 75% due 7 days before your event
- All drinks saved onto a running tab throughout the event
- If the tab goes over, the host covers the difference
- Prefer guests to pay once package amount is reached? Just let us know
Individually Paid Events
- $50 refundable deposit to secure your booking — refunded on the day
- Deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled
- Guests pay for their own drinks on the day
- If total sales don't reach the package minimum, host covers the difference
- If total sales exceed the minimum, you pay nothing extra
Guests paying for their own drinks? Only the difference between the package price and guest sales is charged to you.

- • Council registrations cover Wollongong, Shellharbour and Kiama. For events in other council areas, we notify the relevant council of your event date
